Angie has worked in and around death for over 33 years, starting out their career when their mother died suddenly. Angie French polished her coffin and never left. Since then, they have done pretty much everything in the profession except dig a full sized grave!
Angie is also a priest and the Founding Bishop of the Liberated Catholic Community for Independents. Alongside mentoring seminary students, Angie ministers to people on all paths, but commonly queer and marginalised people seeking safe spaces. Angie is neurodiverse and enjoys working in the margins between art, life, death and spiritual practice, making connections between binaries and preconceived notions. |
